On top of his 4 years industry experience at Balfour Beatty, Chris has spent 8 years solely recruiting for London based real estate Developers and Investors leading him to be one of the most experienced in this sector in London.

Chris has an extensive network, knowledge and reputation, for placing very senior positions into a range of hugely reputable companies. He is involved the whole way through the process, right from the role specification through to aftercare.



Graduating with a Degree in Criminology, Harry followed his interest in property and spent over two years in the sales team at Foxtons in South West London. He then joined Deverell Smith and amassed just under three years of experience in recruitment, solely within Land and Development predominantly on behalf of Residential Developers.

Harry has joined Higher Capital Consulting to offer a consultative and detailed approach to recruitment. He has experience working with a mixture of businesses from small start-up developers, Prop Co’s through to PLC Housebuilders and has successfully placed graduates through to Non-Executive Directors.

Harry is currently recruiting positions within Land and Development from Assistant through to Director level.
