HCC believe in building great teams and great teams need to be diversity to bring fresh thinking and new ideas and challenge the norm.

There are multiple research papers that show that organisations that are more diverse are more successful financially. Real Estate has historically been a sector that is male dominated and has a long way to go to see diversity through all job areas. We believe it is key for HCC to be a positive contributing organisation in bringing more diversity into the sector.

It’s essential that we find the right person for each search that will make the company more successful, this means that we will look at all the potential candidates for the role and provide the information that supports their application, which brings each company the best possible candidates whoever they may be.

We partner with DEI consultants to ensure we are educated and aware of our actions and responsibilities. We do this to work with everyone we meet more successfully.
