Our client is a highly reputable institution with global recognition. As part of a wider masterplan, they are seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead on the centre piece of this scheme. The project is fully funded and requires a design driven individual to lead the creation, development and delivery of what is intended to be a multi award winning scheme. The project will be predominantly commercial and the candidate will need an architectural background and experience developing 400k sq ft projects.
