Higher Capital Consulting have partnered with a leading premium flexible office provider who currently have a portfolio that spans the UK and Europe, with 70+ sites totalling 3.1 million sq ft all situated in prime commercial and creative neighbourhoods. Due to an increased development pipeline, they are now looking for a Senior Development Cost Manager to join their established London team sitting in their workspace development business, covering a diverse range of locations and business strategies. While they need someone who has a solid Cost background, this will incorporate looking at developments from a strategic standpoint with an emphasis on presenting reports to investors and C-Suite.
