The vision is to create an engaging, porous, and world-class neighbourhood using a mixed portfolio of property assets across a 4m sq ft property estate.
The Senior Asset Manager will lead asset management and placemaking aspects, overseeing leasing activity, delivering meanwhile activation as well as the amenities and property management needed for a successful place. The post holder will identify opportunities to improve the place-quality and long-term value and implement these through asset enhancement opportunities, leasing initiatives and instructing public realm and meanwhile use projects.
