Higher Capital Consulting have partnered with a London-based investment management firm which specialises in direct commercial property investment, including logistics, industrials and residential, throughout the UK property market. They are incredibly well backed, with £120M of their own equity and £200M from a top tier private equity firm. The client is seeking a Senior Analyst whose core responsibilities include sourcing and analysing potential investments, including the underwriting and building of financial models, evaluating and Excel modelling of investment opportunities across real estate sectors in the UK and conducting due diligence and coordinating the transaction process. The right candidate will have 2-5 years’ experience in Real Estate, with experience investing in Industrials or Logistics. They should be able to build and manipulate complex models.
£55k – £75k + Bonus
