Higher Capital Consulting have just partnered with a leading premium flexible office provider who currently have a portfolio that spans the UK and Europe, with 70+ sites totalling 3.1 million sq ft all situated in prime commercial and creative neighbourhoods.
Due to an increased project pipeline, they are now looking for a Project Manager to join their established London team sitting in their wider Design and Development team covering a diverse range of locations and business strategies.
You will be responsible for delivering a range of client alterations and refurbishment projects on time, to budget and to a high quality. Their will be a particular focus on CAT B projects with some exposure to CAT A as well. Values ranging from £200k – £3m.
Due to the nature of the work, the business are open to looking at people from a range of backgrounds including Building Surveying, Project Management and Quantity Surveying.
