Higher Capital Consulting have partnered with a global mid-cap Private Equity firm working across pan-European real estate transactions with a high-profile leadership team and offering the opportunity to work across the full investment life-cycle. They are looking for an Investment Associate with 2-4 years’ experience at a buy-side real estate investment firm and/or in Investment Banking. The right candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, proven expertise in underwriting of real estate transactions, understanding of debt structure, and an excellent academic background. Fluency in German is a bonus. Key responsibilities include analysing real estate investment ideas and business opportunities, conducting real estate valuation, determining appropriate capital structure, carrying out due diligence including management of external advisors.
Salary: Up to £100k + bonus
