We have recently been instructed by an Investor and Developer of residential led and mixed-use developments, in and around London. While they focus on their own developments, usually between 10 to 90 units, they also have relationships with Investors where they provide Development Management Services.
They are seeking a Development Manager to work across the entirety of the project life-cycle, from inception right the way through to completion, and everything in between. This role would be ideal for someone from a consultancy who is looking to break into a client-side position, ideally from a QS / PM style background.
