Today, quickly finding high calibre property and construction professionals can be a real headache. All too often, recruiters fail to fully understand the client’s brief, fail to present suitably qualified candidates, and fail to work within your projects deadlines.

Experience and Expertise

It is the founding belief of Higher Capital that to successfully recruit into the property and construction industries, you need to have experienced them first hand.  As a former project engineer and manager for one of the UK’s largest engineering companies, I understand the positions, competencies and people in this sector closely. I am also a recruiter with experience solving the human capital challenges of some of London’s largest developers, funds, and equity firms.

These experiences mean I have not only the knowledge and understanding of the sector and its unique human capital needs, but also the relationships and networks that are so crucial to effective recruitment.
